Where do blood-oxygen readings come from?
Your iPhone does not measure blood oxygen. The App shows readings from Apple Health, a compatible Apple Watch or pulse oximeter, or values you enter manually.
How does the camera heart-rate feature work?
Place your fingertip gently over the rear camera and flash and keep still during the measurement. The App estimates heart rate from small color changes in your fingertip. It does not take, save, or upload photos or video.
Why aren't my Apple Watch readings appearing?
Confirm that your Watch has synced with the Apple Health app on your iPhone. Then open Blood Oxygen Tracker: SpO2 and use Sync now. You can review access in the Health app under your profile and Apps. Apple Watch may record blood oxygen only on supported hardware and where the feature is available.
How do I change Apple Health permissions?
Open the Health app on your iPhone, tap your profile picture, choose Apps, then Blood Oxygen Tracker: SpO2. You can enable or disable each data type there.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open any premium feature to show the subscription screen, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Blood Oxygen Tracker: SpO2 and choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete a reading created by the App from its Reading detail screen; the App also removes that reading from Apple Health. Review or delete other Health records in the Health app. Uninstalling the App removes its local data, subject to device backups, but does not automatically remove records from Apple Health.
How do I share a report?
Open Reports, choose the date range and details to include, generate the report, and tap Share. Nothing is shared until you explicitly choose a destination in the iOS share sheet.
